1 you need the " license" it cost 60$ and you need to fill online, 2 both need to sign the license there 1 day before to be "married" 3 married day.... Need the license approved and the jugde sign the certificate...bit cost 10$
On Saturday you have to be there by 11:45 am. The hours are 9am to 12pm. And Monday through Friday 9am -12pm. And then 2pm-4pm.
