Came in for a battery issue last month and Aileen was absolutely lovely. She figured out the issue, checked out my battery, and replaced it. We got to chatting and we’d both been having tough days, yet she was nothing short of excellent to work with and wonderful to talk to. You have a very clever and caring staff and I’m for sure directing my friends straight to you guys for all our future car problems. 10/10 would break my car again for y’all (Sorry for the delay in posting, but I hope you’re doing well!!!)

Had a horrible day already and then my car started acting up needed a tune up asap. I was dreading having to make the stop to purchase items. However, I was greeted by a very nice employee (Carey W.). Not only did he assist me in finding the items that I needed but assured I was aware of the differences, the pricing, the sales and what would benefit me. He was friendly, pleasant had a great attitude all with a smile. He made me feel comfortable as he educated me on the variety of products and eased my anxiety about my lack of knowledge. His attention to customer satisfaction rose above my expectations. This is now my Preferred Store for future vehicle needs. Wish there were more like him. Gave him 5 Stars because this is the highest rating offered electronically but he deserved a 10. Hope anyone ever in need has the pleasure and blessing of being assisted by Carey W.
