Yes! If you call the number you just have to press any of the menu options first and you'll get someone directly at Springfield. I bought my car from there.
Currently your best option is to set an appointment and wait for the call or text. Otherwise, you will have to go to the store. "Dont call us, we'll call you" policy. Email responses typically 2 days at least ( my experience)
