the future is aka I just got the tesla 2023 online wow 🧿🍀🙏🏽 Thank you my God for making my dreams come true day by day…. we came to pick it up it was only activated through the app and we went to the parking lot and there was everything you do and the staff just doing their job … but I'm the Latina always thinking that we can't do certain things but then a girl said they need help she did the process in 3 minutes….. it has maintenance and there are a lot of staff outside, very friendly guys who are in the parking lot. and the most important ones there are a couple of guys who speak Spanish that is good for Latinos that the explanation in the Spanish language is better ❤️.

This service is so ugly. No contact with Tesla app. I lost half day...

When I tried to take delivery for a new car, I noticed the doors were not closing correctly. I brought this issue to the service managers and sales team; they tried to convince me that it was ok, it was a normal problem with the tesla Y model, and their service team will fix it later. I am not sure they understand that when somebody pays $63k for a car, it's a normal expectation to have a good quality car. So, I declined to take the poor-quality car. The sales and delivery team did their best to make me feel guilty and unlucky that they shipped me a poor-quality car. Now we have a new problem; my old trade Tesla car does not show in my app, while the new car shows up in my App. I can not operate or report any issue with my car for the next new days until their delivery team sorts out the problem. In short, it is good to own Tesla until you do not have problems. Once you have a problem, wait for days or weeks to bring a resolution and be ready to stay on the phone for a long time for any customer service. One more issue everybody should be aware. I own Lexus, and I have never had a tire puncture in the last 10+ years; with the Tesla Y model, I had a tire puncture many times in less than two years. Each time I need to replace a new tire. I believe there is something fundamentally wrong with their tire

Serviced my model 3P around 3PM. Had an errand to run and was given a loaner (Model S P85 - nicknamed The Green Lantern) had 65% charge. Next day I picked up my vehicle. Friendly and fast service..
Yes! If you call the number you just have to press any of the menu options first and you'll get someone directly at Springfield. I bought my car from there.
I'm not sure sorry but you can call and ask them I'm sure someone there would be happy to answer that for you
Hold down both scroll wheel buttons on the steering wheel until the infotainment system reboots
Depends on what vehicle you purchased. Expect to pay anywhere from $475 to $625.
www.Tesla.com -- all customers pay the same price, no negotiations. You can even order on their website. Happy shopping!
Closed on Sundays
No you dont
you will need to use tesla app to schedule appointment, once scheduled you will get message from them, you can reply back on that chat and on that ask them to call you
I received a loaner as uber didnt service my area well but had to follow up multiple times in advance of appointment to confirm as they had limited availability
Hey Mariana. May I ask what you are trying to inquire about?
Not really - range is dictated by battery size, unless it was software locked. What battery size did you pay for?
You need to contact them via phone or schedule service through the Tesla APP. They will likely be able to push an update if you call them.
No free supercharging on any new model.
There are multiple vehicles available as part of their inventory on site or within the tri-state area. Feel free to go online to conduct a preowned or inventory vehicles search. If you need further assistance reach out to the sales team on site.
Can be either. Please call both locations and get more info about a particular used vehicle.
yes, its inside the tesla service center. if not open, go to 435 n ave w, westfield. a few mins away south
There are 4 locations in NJ so far, Paramus, Springfield, Princeton, and Cherry Hill. More locations are planned for the future.
