you will need to use tesla app to schedule appointment, once scheduled you will get message from them, you can reply back on that chat and on that ask them to call you

If they have a live person then I have not figured out how to get to him. It's an automated voice system when you call. If you press 0 repeatedly, it just disconnects you. Very frustrating.
