Do you give a loaner car once you drop off your car for service? I have an appointment 10/16/20 9 am and live in Staten Island

I received a loaner as uber didnt service my area well but had to follow up multiple times in advance of appointment to confirm as they had limited availability

I had service in NJ yesterday and did not get a loaner. Was told it is an option for multi day service appointments. They do however offer Uber credits FWIW.

They normally do, however my Tesla location in South NJ is out of Tesla loaners currently and instead gave me a $700 uber voucher to use as I need. They will keep you covered.
