Jordan Valley does have a substance use and pain management programs through their Benton clinic. You would need to establish with a primary and be referred over there. Call in and ask explain your situation and let them know you would like to establish care. If you don't have insurance, you can schedule an appointment to sign up on the sliding scale program to get discounts on services. You can also get help signing up through the marketplace for insurance.

Yes they have a substance abuse program at the Benton clinic which is right across the street. You'd probably have to set up an appointment to establish a primary care doctor to get referred. I personally go to the pain clinic for chronic pain and back problems but I know that my doctor runs that program and he's awesome!! Also I'm pretty sure that they help ppl that are uninsured so you should have no problem.
