HORRIBLE!!!! Brought 3 cars there, 2 of them local stations fade in and out. The 3rd, the controls on the steering wheel won't work and the clock resets to 0:00 when you turn the car off! They won't fix unless they get more money!

I had a remote start put in my car but it took 6 hours to get my car back because the guy who installs products for this company showed up 2 hours late. I was also told they put a man’s service before mine. Although, I understand this happens sometimes it’s not the reason I’m giving a three star review. The reason for my rating is because someone DENTED my car and pushed open my car door with their foot leaving dirty shoe prints on the door. I take pride in my car even though it’s not a fancy sports car and I do not appreciate someone damage my property.

Carmil and his team have been great to work with! Being a young female they did not take advantage of me and did their best to service my needs correctly. Carmil has fair prices for the good work he and his team do. I got car starters put in my moms/my personal car and a apple carplay system. When I was getting ready to trade in my car they graciously said they would buy back the screen and give me a credit. They may not do this for everyone but I appreciated it because I am in college so I don’t have a ton of money to throw out the window. When I was having battery issues with the car I turned in they made sure that their products were not the cause of my battery trouble. Overall a honest hard working business man. This is one small business you can count on for good work.

Sir are you sure you were dealing with Carmil? I've been a loyal customer of his and he treats all his customers with respect. Ive seen him give the exact same treatment to someone who's spends $100 and someone who's spending well over $1000. He is great about that kind of thing. Also i have to say im not sure what you mean by "he didn't acknowledge it." Anyway I dont think in any event ive ever seen Carmil get defensive. That being said I'm not saying its impossible. Just strange. Now he may have gotten defensive if youre trying to force your mistake on him saying he or one of his employees are the problem behind your issue. I know from experience. Carmil checks every single install that happens in his shop and makes sure a quality job is done on every vehicle. He makes sure nothing can go wrong unless the customer abuses the system or pushes it past where it can handle.
