My mother is in a wheelchair and we called ahead to request priority seating. All theaters were accommodating
We got to the show about 45 minutes early and the escorted us to our seats. We also got to see a preshow that was pretty fun and they had the audience interact with the cast on stage.
I was just there about a month ago the only steps where getting into the building. No steps inside and as far as the seats go we just found a seat and sat down seemed to be first come first serve.
There are steps leading up to the building, but not very many inside the building. If I remember correctly I think there's only about a half a dozen steps, but they have a ramp as well. And the the seats should be listed on your ticket
