Have you tried using online services?
Hi Debbie, If you are going to apply for federal subsidized benefits in your new state then you will need to make sure your case is closed in Colorado first as you cant have to open cases in seperate states. If you are not then as Joshua stated the case will close by default but it may take a couple months. You also can dial 211 from your phone and possibly get assistance there.
On top of it being nearly impossible to make contact with this office via phone, the online friendly aspects that are functional are novel at best. I can guarantee that your case will most certainly close by default if no contact is made. Mine gets closed two or three tines a year without even trying. :/ best of luck..
good
Keep trying its flustrating
