This place has so much potential. However, it’s constantly dirty - they don’t vacuum or clean the trampolines (pieces of trash everywhere). The padding has been ripped and messed up for at least the past year, and it just keeps getting worse. And this isn’t just a one time thing… we come here a lot because the kids love it, but it grosses me out every time.

No you don't have to pay if you don't play with your kiddos.
It does but at the moment only a small part of it is for kids under 5. They are doing some remodeling to make bigger for kids under 5.
