Why is the phone lines always so busy? I've been calling every hour on the hour and it still tells me to call back later 😡

Yeah they are always busy

They are always busy but it seems the best times to call are between the 10th and 20th of the month. However be prepared to be on hold for an hour. Unfortunately that's how it is when you call there so I would plan accordingly.

There's times where I've been on the phone for a little over than an hour but I stay on it and eventually they answer because they are always busy
