The service sucks I used it one time I talked to 5 different employee's and all of them gave 5 different answers and Juan or Jose was a great representative for the company but I will never use FEDEX'S service again....I suggest UPS or Postal service

This FedEx facility is a distribution center not a shipping pickup and drop off. You can drop items off at the security desk at the gate but it is security guards that you are dealing with, not shippers.
