It's not looking too good for FedEx these days, not sure why vendor continues to use them as shipper. Package has been sitting over a week, with not a single piece of info except for "shipping exception" , absolutely no details. There is some major incompetence going on here in Colorado with fedex. Maybe they will figure it out... Would avoid them...

For me, FEDEX is so slow and inefficient (just like the other shipping companies out there). Over 20 days for my two packages to get from Maryland to CO. Strangely, four or more days from Denver to Colorado Springs. FEDEX Ground locations in Aurora, CO, Henderson, CO, Broomfield, CO, Chicago, IL, Hagerstown, MD and Indianapolis, IN, are the worst (at least for me). Three or more days in Hagerstown, MD, with no movement West. FEDEX Tracking (for me) is almost always incorrect. FEDEX shipping from the West Coast to Colorado, not so bad until the packages arrive in the Denver, CO area. FEDEX has so many issues (?) right now. I have two packages out there now. One package arrived at Henderson, CO, then correctly forwarded to Colorado Springs (good). The other package (BTW, both packages came from the Dallas area together on the same truck) was sent to Fort Morgan, CO (??) from FEDEX, Henderson, CO. Why? There is no help for this company. So, instead of getting both packages today, I will have to wait until Mon or Tue next week to receive the other. I wish FEDEX would fix their inefficiencies. Deer in the headlight look comes to mind.

About half of the packages I order get processed in this facility and they get missent to the other side of the state

Please give it time to arrive. FedEx is working on new policies and only oversized packages are scanned at the hub. It is not lost.

It's stored inside, generally a cool dry place and it is immediately processed. If it is getting shipped out, it reaches Denver within 6 to 10 hours where it will be sorted again and sent on its way.

If you are trying to ship a package, it is best to drop it off at a Kinkos location where our drivers will pick it up and bring to the warehouse
The people that work for fedex ground DO NOT make $26/hr. I know i work there with 4 years you will be at 15$/hr base
I drive for Fedex Ground, but I don't know the pay rate 4 package handler sorry.
