Free, even Music in the Park is free. At events like that, there is usually food and drinks available for purchase. You don't need a park sticker on your car to get in free.
It's all free there.

For the Music in the Park ..you can take a cooler, have snacks and drinks, don't forget your blanket or chair!

The park is free to everyone. They have a small petting, and nice playground equipment. In June there are free concerts. And a couple free movie nights where they set up a big screen outside. You bring a blanket to sit on. They do have pavilion's to rent for private gatherings. Best to call them about that.
