It's a very warm place to do business with. They always welcome you as u come in. They have a very awesome display of their CHRISTMAS TOWN in miniatures size. I've known them since 1990. I built my home they came right in and installed it. They were very nice and made me feel as part of there family. I highly recommend them.

Had some questions about my water softener and gave them a call. The person I worked with was more than happy to help me after hours and clearly knew their systems. Based on how easy it was to work with them and how they knew exactly what to do and guided me over the phone I'd highly recommend them for any issues you may have!

Great service and prices. I got a few quotes before replacing my old kinetico system. One company wanted $7200 for an updated version of my kinetico and beauchampions seemed okay but didn't really seem to know what they were talking about. Michigan water came out and gave me a list of options to rebuild my current system, install one of their aqua twin systems, or rent a system at a fair price. They tested my water and explained the different reasons of why and how certain systems would perform better than others, and what exactly is needed for my home. I'm grateful and happy with their service.

Just had a super knowledgable gentleman from here come out and install a water filter system. Not only did he inspect all my existing componets but told me what to expect to replace in the future. Service was great and he answered all my questions with a smile. Call this place.

Questions & Answers

Are There Alternatives To Salt?

Potassium Chloride (KCl) can be a substitute for sodium chloride (NaCl) in both residential and commercial water softening processes. Using KCl will lower the amount of sodium in tap water, reduce the chloride discharged into the environment, and help supply an additional source of dietary potassium.

What Kind Of Salt Should I Use?

There are clean brands of salt we use and recommend. Dura-Cube, ProSoft, and Hardi Cube to name a couple. These are Ultra-High Purity, Compacted salts. Some brands of salt contain additives, dirt, sand or other debris that can be left behind as salt dissolves. This can lead to poor operation of your equipment and the need to clean out the brine tank completely.
