I've used Douglas in the past and was happy, but unfortunately need to leave a bad review now after recommending them to my daughter. She had softener that worked but still getting a lot of rust. They recommended changing to a $4000 unit. When I looked at it the salt was out since I filled it last. She explained the bags are too heavy and she has a baby. So I filled it to the top and kept it full and it has been great. Looks like the rust was simply because she let it get too low. She didn't need a $4000 system.

We sell Duracube for water softeners which contains 0 fillers/binders and is much better for your softener.
