That's an interesting question. My own thoughts would be that why wouldn't a rabbit be allowed in the mall in a stroller? Just like dogs and cats can fly on an airplane just as long as they have been vaccinated and cannot get out of the stroller and run off because if that happens you might not find your furry like friend, pet. And grass? That's outside for your rabbit is all good but why would you buy grass at the Mall,unless it a different kind of grass? Enjoy your pet rabbit and be careful not to lose him or her. probably, you can have any pet nowadays and cannot legally be asked to show proof as service animal, know one who has a snake and other with a rat... only proof it's service animal is needed for plane

Honestly I've seen all types of pets, service animals and companions. But always make sure you check the severity levels in your area to protect your animals and yourself. Everyone would probably love seeing your bunny 🐰.
