On several occasions, they've literally ghosted me when I've been waiting on test results that they themselves said were urgent. They always say they're going to call back within 24 hours, but it goes on for weeks with me trying to get in touch with them but never hearing anything.

I had seen Dr. V for years who has recently retired. I thought I would never find another Dr like him. God sent me Shawn Deats! If I could give him a 100 star review I would! He is so genuine and beyond amazing! He has jumped through so many hoops for me in the past three days he has made me feel like I'm his only patient. I feel extremely blessed and grateful to have him in my corner! Thank you Shawn for everything!

Customer service unmatched. But today I had forgotten to take one my medications. I called and asked if I could get a refill. No biggie and I was taken care of. Or so I thought I received a call no med refills until I get a physical. Okay go it will gladly do that o just needed a dose today. Of course that's a no can do and I sit here with heart rate of 130. If didn't need a physical when I called a certainly do now. But customer service first rate.

It's been quite awhile since I found a physician I liked and/or trusted but I tell you Shawn Deats is the absolute most caring man the medical field has ever had. He's very caring and in tune with your health and well being. This location is rarely behind schedule and they're all very nice.
