I have been a patient of Kristin Thorne for years. She is very responsive and will occasionally call me just to check in. I trust her completely. However, do not go to her because she might become too busy and not have time to take care of me 😁 I was ABSOLUTLEY crushed to learn, upon making an appointment that Kristine has left the practice. I wish I had known. I will do my best to find out where she went.

This time it was a short wait because I didn't wait for Dr. Valenziano to be seen. I got the nurse practitioner Kristine. But you guys including the staff at the front desk are wonderful. Thank you Dr. V, and Dr. Sundae ! This time I was taken in to see Dr, Valenziano within a couple of minutes of my arrival.

Made an appointment a week prior, took 25 minutes on phone. Drove 45 minutes to appt, was told they screwed up and it had been cancelled but couldnt help me. They had all my info for the appt and for Dr. Kristin but they turned me away without even asking doctor if they could squeeze me in.

I am new to CO and was looking for an doctor to prescribe me my asthma medication which is pretty simple and straightforward. I saw Dr Lawthrope. He is a new young doctor. Very friendly. He listened to my concerns and discussed my asthma history and prescribed me the medication I needed. He is book smart. We talked about plan B and C if I don’t improve which I know all about . I am in the field so I can recognize it. I don’t like being prescribed a lot of medication but with asthma prevention and compliance is key. We talked about that throughly. My advice is if you know what you need he is a good dr for that, but if you need help in resolving an issue unknown you may be better off going to someone more experienced. In regards to the office personnel they are kind and helpful . I was able to get an appointment quickly because I was having an asthma flare which was wonderful. The next “not- sick” appointment I could get was more than a month out so put that in mind. They have an automated system and portal which allows easy and quick contact with the doctor which I always look for and appreciate. I was able to edit my prescription and communicate with the dr about it within 24 hours.
