There is at times. Usually, the Center charges for the good WiFi. That's how they make extra money. Sometimes it's free. It depends on who is renting the hall. Sometimes vendee set up hot spots that you can to into. As always, be wary when going into an "open" (free) WiFi. You never know who is snooping on you.
