I need to talk someone about my bill and new set-up but I'm having a hard time understanding people on Comcast's Support lines. Can someone here in Boulder help with this?

I can't get anywhere by calling. You must go in and speak to a customer service representative.

Your best bet is to go into the dark horse bar, next to the xfinity store, around when they close. A lot of the employees go there to drink after work. Buy them a few rounds, entertain them, be personable and they might tell you to come into the store the next day where they'll "hook you up"...and by that, I mean, they wont try to screw you in every way possible.

Store on baseline is a roll of the dice. Don't bring a laundry basket with return equipment as they stole ours.

ComCast company is the worst but the Baseline store has some good people.

I find it best to go into the store, you should be able to get a better deal without waiting on the phone for ever.

Yes they can, eventually.... after you wait for a very long time.
