Seemingly impossible to get a real person on the line when calling for assistance. Endless recorded loops of messages providing “solutions “ for problems I am not calling about. Very frustrating experience

The personnel was very helpful and installation of the internet modem is easy.

Service was fine til you try and cancel. I canceled my service in the Boulder store and I’ve been getting charged for 2 months now. Calling doesn’t work, customer service just transfers you around til you get upset and hang up. Seems all you can do is charge back / take your card off their account. 0/10 would not recommend their services.

Probably. They are very good.
I don't know the answer to that question. You'd have to contact them directly.
Yes
Yes. They have the equipment there.
Yes. If you contact Xfinity support, they will send someone. Call them.
And you have to bundle to get any discount. 80 sounds about right.
Not the place to look or ask, but presently only a small outage
I can't get anywhere by calling. You must go in and speak to a customer service representative.
