Are licences available for purchase on days when you're open if shots are not needed?

Yes, they have them available there.

There are other places they are available, i was just wondering if they have them available when shot clinic isn't set up. We have our paperwork and just need to but license and downtown Treasury is closed.

Licenses are through the county. They are on the second floor of the Mason County Courthouse. You can order it by phone facts and snail mail but you do have to send your current rabies ID. They have a one year and a three-year license. The license is based on which rabies shot you got and what you choose to do
