I have found through my experiences with Foc and now my sons experiences with FOC. INGHAM COUNTY Judge Koenig does not stand behind what she says in court. The only thing that matters is what a attorney write down on the order they type up. The judges allow recommendations from FOC that intentionally voilate your civil rights and liberties. Rob your children of a loving parent. Allowing an ex to one day denying an and all contact with my children so she could pretend her new husband was the kids dad. she even changed their last name and told them theIr dad gave them To him. That crushed their little hearts. They have assumed the worst about the honest person because we don't make up faulse alligations to manipulate the court.. parential alienation is not frowned upon through this justice system it is incoueaged. Slandering someone is completely excepted even though evidence has proven it to be fausle. Ingham county promotes divided families in my experience they financially drain everything from you and treat you as are beneath them. Judges say they care about the children but they don't because they always seem to take everything from the none selfish parents and side with the manipulating, faulse alligations and support alienation of the parent that trys so hard to do what is in the best interest of the children. In ingham county you are not innocent until proven guilty. You are the enemy once a court or Government employee personality conflicts with yours. Or they just decide your guilty of the fausle statements. They do go up and above to dustroy every part of your life that they can. Sad part is everyone knows this to be true except the swollen heads that hold those jobs and are proud to distroy people's lives because they refused to be wrong about someone. News flash they take the wrong side most of the time. That is one major contributer to the emotional trauma all the younger generations are showing these days. The judges that are allowing these things to go into orders should be ashamed and unworthy of our tax dollars. Our country sacrificed greatly for our civil right and liberties and you disregard those sacrifices. If your are not going to enforce them you shouldn't have them and I for one will not vote for someone like you to represent justice . I want my tax dollars back for their salaries.
