Good place to stretch you legs. There is a paved section and it can continue onto a mixed natural trail path. Seems every time I go there's off leash dogs though.

No its on delta river dr just before you get to delta mills
Grand woods park is not connected to Hawk Meadow. They are very close together, but there's a river between them so you have to go a long way around.
There are a number of paved and unpaved trail segments ranging from 1.3 to 4.2 miles. The way they're set up, you can easily mix and match them for a variety of distance options.
The bulk of it is paved, not sure on length. Did should be on a leash, as all the cities around have leash laws. But i have seen dogs not on leashes before.
