At Gratiot Woods Co-op you do have to meet the age criteria of 62 and older to qualify. We do, however, have a couple of senior co-op apartments where they lowered the age to 55 and older. There is still extra criteria you would need to meet in order to qualify. We also have co-ops for persons who are needing an accessible unit because of a permanent, mobility impairment.
