I just want to pay my rent and get quality service just because its only right and we are customers. If half work is being done, maintenance isn't cleaning up their mess when the job is completed, and/or services/amenities isn't matching the lease or the pretty website. I'm feeling unnecessarily disappointed. Who wants to move multiple times because COMMUNICATION and CONSIDERATION isn't natural "I love my studio but.......everything else is a mess" is something I don't want to say "the staff is nice but......nothing is resolved thoroughly because nobody is taking the steps to see what can make this place a little better" Can't send an email about all this because none of the new staff is in the email list. I'm aware that the office is overwhelmed with their new roles. I'm not upset with them but if I didn't say anything how will they know how to change for the upcoming year so it wouldn't be another huge turnover with staff and residents. I'm realistic so I know apartment life isn't going to be perfect, if you guys can find the time to survey your residents (written because emails aren't for all residents)and take action from there. Just maybe the environment can become slightly peaceful. If anyone from Cathedral or KMG Prestige wants to reach out just look me up in your systems Thanks

My problem is there's no cold water in the kitchen, the plumbing and sewer is terrible, the smoke alarm goes off for hours after your done cooking, the matenience and cleaning staff are lazy, things haven't been fixed properly, and sometimes the staff get too nosy, however the main manager seems nice, I think her name is Ashley.

Don't waste your time or money to live here. Staff is fake, and they ALL love to talk to other staff or even other residents about you when you're not even around. This place is truly a disaster. Won't even bother to fix things wrong within the apartments here. This place is a big joke of an establishment! I'm sure the state would love to know how y'all treat people here and spend the states money on y'all selves., as I said Don't waste your time or money to move here it just isn't worth it. Lucky to even get a 1 star.

Our small studio apartment rental rate starts at $675.00; the large studio rental rate starts at $700.00, and the one-bedroom apartment rental rates starts at $798.00. All utilities are included! *Move-In Special: Apply and Move-in by June 30, 2019 and the total move-in cost will be $799.00* *Next rent will be due August 1, 2019.* Rent is due on the 1st of the month and you have until the 5th to pay your rent without a late fee.
