This is one of the worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. I came in and said I had a thought of sinus infection they sent me out to sit in the hallway could not sit in the area with the other folks although many of them were coughing I was not coughing they then sat me there for a while. I never saw a doctor they contacted me on my cell phone and asked me questions about how I was feeling and what was going on with me things that a doctor generally would ask you but they were communicating by telephone. They charge me $35 to come sit in all to talk to them over a phone and finally someone came out and said she was going to swab my nose I was in shock. I told them I'd never been so insulted and that I would never be back there for them again they asked me if I wanted my nose swab I said I've already paid for it do you plan on giving me my money back. They said yes . What a waste of time and money to come to this place this was a big mistake you live and learn and I will not be back here ever again and I don't encourage anybody else to come here .

So i had some very sensitive testing done and was told by my physician that she would call me on this particular day, she never did. I called and was told they would call me at 4pm, never got the call so i called them at 5:12pm and was left on hold for 30 minutes- now when i called at 6:11pm no one ever picked up. Im beyond upset, this is very unprofessional. I will not be coming here anymore

To start off all of the staff was extremely rude. Second I waited here for well over two hours even though they said that It’d be an hour wait . And then to top it all off they tried testing me for COVID when really I’m supposed to be getting tested for strep go anywhere else but this place.
