Well I have served her a notice to quit I will pay the $54 to have her served then I plan to go to court and fight to keep my children as she lost them to the state once. Which is how I ended back up with her I plan to take my children and raise them myself. I tried to stick it out because she's Albania and I am African American and her family disowned her but I have put 10 years in all together and it's just not working. I work hard for everything I have. I cosigned for her a car so that she could be self sufficient. I did everything in my power to help her including getting her several jobs three of which I had to fire her from. I'm all business and there's is only so much I can tolerate. I left home at 15 and still graduated from highschool and collage plus serve in the military not accepting any nonsense.
You better be careful... she may not be paying any bills BUT... .. shes been there for the last 10 months then the law says thats her place as much as it is yours ...you CANT just kick her out ... youll have to ask her to leave and give her time to do it ... if she wont leave then youll have to go to court ... its a tuff spot for you to be in ... just be careful...the law is on her side .. right now anyway .. Good luck
