On a scale of 1 to chunky cheese, how family friendly is this place? I have pretty well behaved kids (8 and 2)... Are things pretty situated for families on the earlier dinner times (6pm-ish)? Or not so much?

You should definitely be fine. Food is definitely worth it so give it a go for sure!!
