Park your car at home, and depending on where you live you should Uber there.
There's outrageously expensive parking at Navy Pier but your best bet is to park somewhere on the street in Streeterville. There are streets with paid parking for a few bucks for a couple of hours. Better yet you can use the Chicago parking app so that you don't have to walk back to the car from the beach to add more time.
