I had Big Joe out to my house. They did a A+ job. Very professional. I had called them last year to get my driveway sealcoated, they asked if it were a NEW driveway. Yes it was, I replied. Big Joe told me I would have to wait at least 6 months before having it done. Out gassing has to occur with new asphalt. I didn't know that. Other companies I had quoted didn't supply me that information.
We used a water based asphalt emulsion.
