Kristen was awesome! From the moment she called me from the waiting room for my MRI all the way through till the end she was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant, making sure I was comfortable for what could be an uncomfortable, claustrophobic situation. Hats off to the Lisle location and especially Kristen!

I discovered I was claustrophobic when I attempted to have an MRI in Lombard. Rescheduled in Lisle because I was told they have a bigger machine (not noticeably bigger). I called ahead and the man was super reassuring that he would make me comfortable and had "tricks" he could use to deal with claustrophobia. It worked! He out me in feet first which the woman in Lombard never even tried. I could see the lights on the ceiling above my head and that did the trick. Very nice man went above and beyond to ensure a good outcome. I am grateful to him. Lisle location rocks!!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went for an MRI and it was handled well with the staff asking questions that pertain to what has been and will be done to gather/portray all information to me as the patient. The pre-screening over the phone was awesome so that I didn't have to fill out a ton of paperwork when i got there and all i had to do was make sure it was taken down properly and sign.
