We love it here me and my friends but the venting machine is wired we go to get a drink the drink is expired we get our money back they said they talk to the company right away I was like okay 2 weeks later we get a drink it expired do the same than that day we get chips they also are expired we just wanted some food after school tbh when we say expired we do not mean 2 days expired..we mean a year expired!!!😱 PLZ FIX THIS!!

I wanted to take the time to make sure this library gets a review because if it was upto me I will grant them 0, worst customer service I was driving my way to villa park library but gps says this location is closer big mistake I stopped in during construction period, well construction doesn’t justify zero sitting space or poor customer service I encounter three ppl , gentleman at the entrance clueless, two ladies upstairs clueless and less than helpful simply state no sitting space 🤦♀️ I wasted my time and effort I should have just kept driving they don’t want ppl at the library then put a sign at the door there is no place to sit or announce on the voicemail super inconvenient and super failure on park district shame

Don’t mail stuff to my house all the time and then tell me I can’t get a library card. Hmm I used to have a library card with my same current address, but now all of a sudden I’m not in district? You said I can take my kid to the COD library, but it’s awful. 3 shelves is all they have. Sad.
