I dont know the exact capacity, but I can ensure you that they will never exceed their capacity because they wouldn't want to get a citation from the fire department. Regardless of their capacity, and no matter how long you may have to wait, it is ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE WAIT! They cook an excellent strip, medium, get the salad, and their baked potatoes are phenomenal.
