Is a great location and decent apartment especially for the price, however the new property management Orion is extremely frustrating to work with. Since their sudden take over there is little or no notice given for renovations or maintenance (water was off for 3 hours today, unable to contact anyone). I hope their communication abilities improve soon

Campus View is a wonderful place to lice. I have been hear for several years and the staff go above and beyond to help me. I am in a wheelchair and they help with packages and the maitenance staff response is quick and they do a very nice job. Maria is just a delight to have for a manager.

It's very close to many restaurants if you love to eat out, a lot of which are within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and work hard to make you feel at home. Maria is an outstanding property manager and a joy of a human being as is the maintenance staff. They always responded quickly (I often had maintenance at my door within minutes of calling). The door to my balcony broke and they replaced it with no questions asked! And free internet is always a plus!

This is best place that i have ever been. Lived there for 2 years in the apartment building A. It is close by to the Campus and the bus halts (route 11, 38). Spacious 1bed 1bath apartment with a balcony, inbuilt AC/heat unit and no need to worry about winter or summer. Price is affordable and worthy. Hard working maintenance, and quick response to any maintenance requests. Maria Hernandez is the best leasing officer/manager. Great work in keeping campus view safe and clean. Will recommend to any one who are looking for an apartment.
