We moved in last year in August; on day 5 of moving in, there was a rat in the apartment, and upon complaining the management did nothing to deal with the situation. After a few months, the rat situation came back and I kid you not we were forced to live with a rat for almost 3 months. We did everything that we could to get rid of it, but we couldn't. A Few months passed, and the rat went away on his own, but things took an uglier turn. THERE WAS A HUGE SNAKE UNDER MY BED!!! YES, A HUGE, ALIVE SNAKE. Upon calling the "emergency" pest control services, the guy took almost an hour to reach and upon coming he was the rudest person to us as if it was our fault that we discovered a snake in our apartment. I would like to give 0 stars to this property, but sadly that is not an option.

Moved in here 7 months again they were very understanding and have been on the spot about all issues that have come up! Well kept and you can tell they are working to make it nicer day by day! Close to campus and and right in the middle of everything only 5 min from downtown!

Keirstin is amazing! She is the main reason for me giving a 5-star review. When I was first looking to rent here, she spent a lot of time with me personally, answering all of my questions and making sure I was taken care of. Even though she was frequently very busy and the only one in the office due to short staffing, she always got back to me with a quick and cheerful response. Keirstin worked very hard to get me into an apartment on the timeline that I needed, and then when there were some major maintenance issues with that one, she got me moved to a larger apartment immediately at the same cost to help compensate for the trouble. I know this complex has changed management a few times and they still have some challenges to overcome but Keirstin is a wonderful asset to this new team!

Union Flats is a community with a ton of amenities. Since new management has come in in the last year I’ve seen a lot of changes! There is a fitness center, a pool, access to laundry, and the units are spacious and reasonably priced. Both maintenance and the office are great to deal with and Jennifer has always greeted me with a smile when I come in.
