Went here today first time ever. Was not impressed with the place. Food over priced for what you get. The place was dirty needed the tables and floor cleaned. Not sure why the employees were standing around and the place needed to be cleaned.i will not be returning here nor would I reccomend this place either.

I order from McAlister's a lot and am generally pretty happy (solid sandwiches, good chili). Tonight I received this "cookie" and I just have to laugh. It's free ( for spending a certain amount), so at least I didn't pay for it but it does make me wonder about the care that goes into handling the food. Also, it's frustrating that plastic was wasted to pack this, I don't know who would touch a cookie that appears to be partially eaten.

ordered pickup of a half french dip sandwich and a bowl of soup. my sandwich wasn’t bigger than a cracker pack and only had one piece of meat in it, extremely disappointed and definitely not worth the money
