After waiting 10 minutes for our wings, my mom's wings did not come out with mine. I began to eat and nearly 15 minutes later her food came out. Our waitress, Jasmine, told us she felt bad about the long wait for my mom's order so she gave us an exact copy of my order, 10 wings with fries, and didn't charge us for those wings or my mom's order. Outstanding customer service and would come back again! Thank you!

The greeting was a tad slow, but it was 10pm. The music, as with most Dine In places, was WAY TOO LOUD!!!!! If I want my ears blown out, I'll go to a concert. Our server was absolutely fantastic. We had 2 children with us & there were lot of questions and special requests. The food was great, really well prepared & tasted amazing.

Ordered online and when we got there they swore they never received the order. Once we showed them the order number and that it was charged to our account they made the food incorrectly 3 times and we waited at least 45 minutes. We finally decided to leave and ask for our money back, the manager Jeff came out and said they would refund the money back after they just told us they never got the order. We never got our money back. The host at the desk was very polite and was doing all that she could to help fill orders but no one was helping her.

This is a great place if you love chicken wings. I really loved there so many varieties of sauces mild to devilled spicy. The staff was friendly and so dedicated. The atmosphere was really good and relaxed. We could spend really good time there.
