Does anyone have hr number because I need to speak with someone about why I never received an orientation date ever since last month but keep getting different answer

All I received was a website to apply for a position. I did. Now, I received an emailed stating I took long to reply so my application had been discontinued. I never received an email or phone call. No, I don't have a phone to reach them, either.

I havent worked for them in about a year now but they only contact you by email only. If they fill in all the openings they will push you to the next openings they have availiable. No hr number
