Why is it so hard to pay my monthly bill. I can not pay on the phone, due to the fact you have to wait 1 hours to get assistance. You charge to mail the bill and when I reset my pass word to pay my bill on internet, I need my account # to pay.

Buckeye also offers a online chat for most simple items. You can get your account number thru that and then pay by phone on the automated system.

This is surprising to me since I’ve never had this issue. I call the main number every month and pay over the phone in less than 5 minutes.
