Why is it so hard to pay my monthly bill. I can not pay on the phone, due to the fact you have to wait 1 hours to get assistance. You charge to mail the bill and when I reset my pass word to pay my bill on internet, I need my account # to pay.

They want you to pay late so they get their 19$ late fee. If they had any real competition they would be out of business in a year.

Buckeye also offers a online chat for most simple items. You can get your account number thru that and then pay by phone on the automated system.

If I don't go to the office to pay the bill, with little or no wait, I do it thru my mobile banking.

This is surprising to me since I’ve never had this issue. I call the main number every month and pay over the phone in less than 5 minutes.
