that modem is a commercial modem so not easy to find in local stores. Buckeye allows customers to have their own equipment when it comes to modems their rules are simple. Modem needs to be Docsis 2.0 or higher and need to be a Broadband Cable modem. They also sell modems.

You may need a new modem. I have switched to streaming in the past 2 years but still have buckeye for my wifi internet and house phone as my mother won't switch to mobile. Buckeye helps with classes to help you better travel the streaming. Lowered my bill alot by streaming. Best thing to do is contact buckeye. They have always been very helpful for me. I have been with them for over 30 years.

Buckeye has a paid service that screens robot calls. You have to sign up for the service.

Too many variables to answer this question easily. Easiest answer is to power off your modem, remove battery if necessary, wait a minute, then restart. If that fails, swap modem at buckeye.

No they don't block any particular numbers from companies. They do or will soon have a robo-call blocker but that will simply help with spam calls to your house. Maybe that number for comcast was recently changed and it's trying to 'port'/use the wrong phone number. I would give Buckeye a call to see where the issue lies, they offer 24/7 local phone support.
