Never too young to start. I like to hear that kids still are interested in skateboarding and its not fading out.
Any age for any skill. If they show interest and are willing to learn, then let them babies explore their abilities and never put a cap on that bc of age or anything else. Ya never know. Ya might have the next child prodigy.
