No, but they are very experienced at diagnosing tire problems. I work for BF Goodrich and can tell ya they do a superior job
In my experience, i have never seen them do a ride-along, but they have always done a great job diagnosing problems and providing solutions that worked. I have been going there for several years, and they've never let me down once.
Not really. But they do ask the right questions. Like if you want a tire more for life of the tire or how quiet it is and so on. Stop by and they guys will help you out. Vedran and the whole crew can help you find what you need
