Just make sure you get a good one. I actually bought a living room set from them... Not a cheap set, either. Great outside but wood, cardboard, and staples inside. And discovered that after it fell apart in less than a year. My last mattress was ordered online from Sam's club. A 13" queen sized European pillowtop that came rolled up in a box. 10 year warranty. Otherwise a place like Denver Mattress is great.

call the store. make sure you mention who setup the furniture and have them come out, take photos of legs in current condition so they can say anything about them

Partially..Im still waiting on the rest of my furniture and its going on day 3!!! Will cancel my layaway and go somewhere else!! Poor service

It's new, but better beware of what you're buying. It's priced high for the quality. Lots of staples and cardboard went into a corner group with a lounge I bought from them about 3 years ago. After less than a year, an arm came loose. They offered to repair or replace it, which i commend, but i had it delivered and barely fit through the door. There is no way i could have gotten it back to them and they wouldn't send anyone out. Ended up trashing the $800 set and replacing it with some really sturdy furniture that won't break. Expensive lesson. You do get what you pay for. I've seen expensive furniture cushions sag after several years. They seem to use a nylon netting to hold up the cushions. Don't know what the really good pieces use.
