Service was fast and pleasant. The staff definitely knows what they are doing. My Note 9 cracked screen was fixed in less than 2 hrs, however when they put the new screen in they used a black frame instead of the blue which is the color of my phone. (The new screen comes with the phone frame attached) which i didnt mind but would have liked to know before hand. Otherwise, they good great work.

If we can get the phone power on for even a short period of time we would be able to back it up, if motherboard needs to be repaired the cost of the back up might be high. We would definitely like to take a look at the device and see what is wrong.
