Poor customer service. Took me several minutes just to locate my order, as they kept telling me to call a different number. Waiting 3 months plus with no answers or ETA on the delivery. They may give you "furniture industry delays" but that is not the way other companies do business. This is the 3rd and LAST time I will ever order from Ashley. I recommend shopping there, taking a photo of what you want, then going through the manufacturer or another retailer.

I went to Ashley City Furniture for just a recliner and ended up leaving with a couch, love seat, and the recliner. Izzy is a good sellsman lol! I got a great deal on all of the furniture though, and with 0% interest financing. It was overall a great experience! I plan on coming back to Ashley City Furniture for anything else I need!

After ordering an adjustable mattress and bedroom furniture, we finally received it after 11 months. The bed frame should not have been sold with the mattress as the bed is 44 inches in the air. Ashley furniture refused to refund us because apparently I signed a no return policy. The manager said I received exactly what I ordered and my only options was to have to drawers under the bed cut out or have another footboard without the drawers ordered. They can't guarantee when it would come in. Either way I would have to pay for something I could not use. The managers will not return my phone calls . Stay away from Ashley furniture at all cost! I learned the hard way. EDIT: I contacted customer service and their response is I could return the footboard for 70% and use that money to purchase the new footboard OR I need to pay to have the storage drawers cut out. Either way after spending $8000on furniture they are expecting me to fork over more money.
