If I could give zero stars, I would. I am a former employee. At first the opportunity seemed to be great. I was promised advancement, yet was left doing simplistic monotonous work. Never was given the opportunity for challenge or learning. Prior to putting in my notice, I sold a system which made the company thousands of dollars. At the time I was promised a healthy commission. This was the norm. Then after I quit, I continued to contact the manager asking when to expect my money. He first told me it took a few weeks. Then after I waited that time, he told me I never turned in the appropriate paperwork (despite the fact that I did as he told me to do). He told me he put in the paperwork for me. Then after waiting even longer, he said I did not turn in all my uniforms. After about six weeks now, I have resolved to give up. I can most definitely say that I will never recommend their services to anyone. Their crooked and shady practices are not worth my time and effort anymore. The quality and value of service is not worth the exorbitant prices they charge their customers.

Andrew and Evan just left our home after checking our basement toilet. A new pump had been installed a few months prior. They took the time to troubleshoot what was going on and for things working again. Both young men were polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. We will definitely continue to use Service Experts for all of our plumbing and heating/AC needs. Thank you!!

I had Jeffrey come a few months ago and solve the mystery of what was going on with my A/C unit that other companies weren't able to. Then I had Evan & Tucker install a new washer & dryer and on top of that Evan figured out what was wrong with my sink garage disposal and fix an awful caulking seal on the sink. He was super nice and went far beyond than he had too which I greatly appreciated! Rolf Griffin has yet to let me down and I'll keep going to them for the professional service from friendly knowledgeable local experts. Thanks dudes! 😎

You probably wouldn't get a brand-new car and assume to never have to inflate the tires, change the oil and examine any atypical noises. Your home comfort system is similar to your car’s engine; it’s a mechanical device with a motor, electrical components... and even fuel.
