Well, I went to the one on Wayne St. in Auburn on the 17th. They ordered the wrong tires. So I returned the next day, I had a dentist appointment at 5pm. They said they would have them done, they did they were done at 4:40pm. Made it in time for my dentist appt. But I requested the white lettering to be facing outward. It is not. And I have different air pressures in my tires. I appreciate it the timely fashion that they got my tires done but at the same time I'm disappointed that they didn't listen to me and the fact that I have different air pressures in my tires. I did get a discount because of the mishap of the ordering wrong tires I appreciate that.

The checkin and checkout process was not smooth. Acted like they were not expecting me or didn't know I was coming for my appointment. Did fix my tire (removed a screw), but inflated the patched tire to 36 pounds of pressure and left the other 3 tires at 30-31. Not the quality of service I'm used to at this location.
